2012 Fall Catching Academy
North Dakota State University invites you and your friends to participate in the 2012 Fall Catching Academy. The academy is designed to provide an introductory level of instruction to the NDSU catching philosophy, daily training regimens, blocking, footwork, framing, and much more. It will provide each participant with an understanding of catching, and what areas they need to improve in. The academy is great for a tune up or an introduction to catching. The academy is open to all girls in grades 7 – 12 who are interested in learning more about catching fastpitch softball pitchers.
Tuesdays - 7th-12th Grades
Dates: Sept. 11th, 18th, 25th & Oct. 2nd
Beginner Session 1: 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Intermediate Session 2: 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
Cost: $100 each session

Location: Ellig Sports Complex.
What to Bring: Catchers need to bring ALL of their catching equipment.
