2012 Fall Hitting Academy

North Dakota State University invites you and your friends to participate in the 2012 Fall Hitting Academy. The academy is designed to provide an introductory level of instruction to the NDSU hitting mechanics, philosophy and daily training regimens. It will provide each participant with an understanding of drills and the areas that need to be improved to enhance performance. The academy is great for a tune up for the spring season. The academy is open to all girls in grades 7th – 12th that are looking to advance their hitting mechanics and hitting knowledge.

Each session is limited to 10 hitters.

Mondays - 10th-12th Grades
Dates:  Sept. 10th, 17th, 24th & Oct. 1st 
Session 1:  6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Session 2:  7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
Cost:  $100 each session
Wednesdays - 7th-9th Grades
Dates:  Sept. 12th, 19th, 26th & Oct. 3rd  
Session 1:  6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Session 2:  7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
Cost:  $100 each session
