2012 Slap Hitting Academy

North Dakota State University invites you and your friends to participate in the 2012 September Slap Hitting Academy. The academy is designed to provide an introductory level of instruction to the NDSU mechanics of slapping and the philosophy and daily training regimens. The hard slap, soft slap, chop slap and bunting mechanics will be taught.  It will provide each participant with an understanding of drills and the areas that need to be improved to enhance performance. The academy is great for a tune up for the spring season. The academy is open to all girls in grades 7th – 12th that are looking to learn or to  advance their slap hitting mechanics and techniques.

Each session is limited to 10 hitters.

Thursdays - 7th-12th Grades Dates:  Sept. 13th, 20th, 27th & October 4th Beginner Session 1:  6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Intermediate Session 2:  7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Cost:  $100 each session
